Easy Holiday Craft Idea!

I love to make homemade cards for any occasion.  Usually my cards involve some sort of painting, but this time I wanted to switch it up.

So, I grabbed my craft box and pulled out a few things.

Popsicle sticks
Markers
Glue
Twine
Scrapbook paper

Since it’s still Fall, I wanted to stick with a Fall theme.  This is super simple.  I googled ‘Fall craft’ and immediately found this.

Thank you craftymorningmom for the inspiration!

This would be great to make with your kids or grandkids; or just enjoy creating these on your own like I did!

First, a scarecrow.

Glue 8 popsicle sticks together. I used a glue gun for this.

Color a hat, eyes, nose and a mouth. I also grabbed some Fall grass from outside for the straw.

Next, a pumpkin.

Glue together 8 popsicle sticks.

Use your markers to color the pumpkin. Then cut out eyes, a nose and a mouth and glue those on as well.

I used some Fall grass for the stem. Perfect.

Finally, a witch.

Again, color the popsicle sticks, cut out a hat from the scrapbook paper and glue it to one stick.

I used twine for the hair.

Color a face or cut out pieces from the scrapbook paper.

I attached a few of them to some brown Card stock for the card.

Try it out! Christmas is coming, this would be a great craft for a snowman or santa.
